During this, the darkest time of the year, a large portion of the populaiton, people who are otherwise happy, well-adjusted and high-functioning, experience some seasonal depression, sadness, a blue period. During this time he or she may sleep more or less than is typical, may notice loss of appetite, or contrarily a voracious appetire for unhealthy foods. It is possible that one will feel listless, weepy, or angry, without being able to cite a first cause. Many would rather self-medicate with supplement that seek our professional help. There is an onus on companies who market herbal products labeled for mild to moderate depression to provide a safe formula at a reasonale cost.
The company that produces Seroprin-24™ claims to have worked in cooperation with physicians and pharmacologists to develop this nutraceutical formula intended to “beat the blues”. The copy fails to support statements regarding the causes of depression and its product’s efficacy as a mood enhancer. We have found neither positive customer reviews for this supplement or a credible source for the majority of the information presented wherever this product is sold.

A supplement that lists a “proprietary blend” often does so in order to hide the fact the formula contains very little of the active ingredients listed on the bottle in an attempt to fool consumers. As intelligent consumers of nutraceuticals and supplements we must be vigilant in our demand of full disclosure of both active and inactive ingredients.
S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine is a biological compound discovered in 1952. It is often marketed as SAM-E in the States and potentially is beneficial in treating depression as well as osteoarthritis and liver disease. Tablets coated in foil may facilitate its absorption, but this has yet to be proven conclusively. Anxiety, headaches, and insomnia are a few of the known contraindications of this ingredient.

We have found no evidence that proves this product works toward this end.
In our research we came across some vague and ungrammatical information that does not serve their retailers well. According to one site the product “Help occasional simple nervous tension or irritability.” As well as “help nervousness due to common everyday overwork and fatigue” and “gently soothe away tension¨. A bath is likely as effective toward this end and much more cost efficient.

According to the text Seroprin-24 “was truly researched and developed for the pasr decade”. This language smacks of the charlatan’s pitch and does not inspire confidence in either the manufacturer or the product. Seroprin-24™ does not contain Natural Lithium and we believe does not provide real time mood management. We are more than reluctant to recommend Seroprin-24™ for individuals who struggle with mood disorders either mild or severe.
