Both Calcium and Magnesium are considered essential for the body. Low levels of Magnesium in the body have been linked to kidney stones, tachycardia, menstrual cramps, anxiety, and convulsions.

However, because The Natural Remedy for Stress comes “tailor made” with a supply of vitamins and minerals, the consumer may be receiving more than s/he initially intended. S/he may, therefore may have to discontinue use of another product, a system of supplements that has proven safe and effective.

The website copy provides a lot of information about what is included in Dr. Balch’s Stress Supplement. We were pleased to find the “Supplement Facts” label posted on the page and learn how some of these vitamins and minerals may contribute to diminishing stress, somewhat. We were not pleased to note the omission of the mineral form of lithium, Lithium Orotate, which would have contributing greatly to our satisfaction with the product, we believe.
Competing supplements that include natural lithium in their formulation have received countless enthusiastic customer testimonials and a lot of positive attention from the collective of popular media. As a multivitamin, Dr. Balch’s product might be an alternative one may wish to consider. A great case has been made for their impact on stress levels, mental and physical health. We could probably not endorse it, though, based on the unfocused nature of the overall formula.
