Green Tea Leaf contains caffeine and is a source of antioxidants. People taking aspirin or blood-thinning medications are often advised to consult their doctor before taking additional caffeine. Caffeine may interfere with blood clotting. Excessive caffeine is also known to cause restlessness and may lead to insomnia for some.

This product contains a blend of ingredients similar to other products on the market that contain the increasingly popular prefix “corti.” While we appreciate the use of natural extracts in the formula, as they are generally less dangerous than prescription drugs, we do not feel that it is either the best or most unique formula currently available.
We are particularly bothered by the stimulants contained in the product. The inclusion of Citrus Aurantium and caffeine in the form of Green Tea Extract makes us feel that this is better suited for individuals seeking a strong method of weight loss, and yet is still lacking some of those important elements. As an alternative, individuals wishing to seek a more balanced state of mind may prefer supplements containing the mineral lithium, as studies have shown that gently increasing the body’s lithium levels may help to ease mood swings and help enhance feelings of calmness.
